Get ready to sweat and feel the burn! - Resistance Training: Build strength and tone your muscles with weights. Sculpt your physique while enhancing your overall fitness! - Combat Fusion: Unleash your inner warrior! Our combat segment incorporates martial arts-inspired moves that not only improve coordination but also add a fun twist to your workout. You’ll work through 3 minutes of each segment 3 times which will drive you into the red zone for maximum calorie burn!
